‘Management consultancy’ implies an external advisor coming in for a few days to look at your business, before handing you a report you’ll never read, filled with suggestions you may never use, then sending you a huge bill and disappearing in a cloud of dust.

We don’t understand why anyone would want that, and that isn’t what we do.
